01 / OUR INTENTION
Syndicate Hub LLC wants ODD//DEPT to be usable by people with different abilities, devices, and input methods. We aim to follow the principles of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA when practical. This is an evolving beta service and we do not claim independent WCAG certification or a completed formal accessibility audit.
02 / WHAT THE EXPERIENCE SUPPORTS
We work toward readable contrast, labeled form controls, keyboard-operable links and buttons, responsive layouts, text descriptions alongside illustrations, semantic document headings, and reduced animation for people who request reduced motion in their operating system.
03 / KNOWN AREAS FOR IMPROVEMENT
Some decorative interface labels are smaller than ideal on mobile, and third-party login or modal components may behave differently with specific assistive technologies. Downloadable visual case posters are images rather than accessible documents; the underlying report title and text are available on the individual case page. Complex motion, screen reader navigation, mobile zoom, and full keyboard flows require further user-assisted testing.
04 / REQUEST AN ALTERNATIVE OR REPORT A PROBLEM
Use Department Support and select General Question or Report a Bug, or email syndicatehubllc@gmail.com. Tell us the page, device/browser, assistive technology if relevant, and what you were trying to do. You need not disclose medical information. We will review accessibility reports as operational capacity allows and work toward a reasonable alternative where feasible.
05 / UPDATES
This statement describes our beta application, not a legal determination that every feature meets the requirements of a particular accessibility statute. We will revise this page as testing and improvements continue.
