ODD//DEPT, operated by Syndicate Hub LLC, allows adults to create free accounts. You can delete your account using the in-app File Cabinet, or request account deletion here without installing the app or signing in.
If you can sign in, open Your File Cabinet and choose Delete Account. After confirmation, the application's backend removes your account and associated records and revokes active sessions.
01 / REQUEST DELETION WITHOUT SIGNING IN
Use the private form below with the email address registered to your ODD//DEPT account. Your request is saved in the administrator's support queue. Because this form is publicly accessible and email addresses are not automatically verified, an administrator may request proof of account ownership before deleting records. Submitting this form is a request, not an immediate deletion confirmation.
02 / WHAT IS DELETED
When an account is deleted, ODD//DEPT removes the account's profile and login credentials, public and pending case files, saved case bookmarks, votes, abuse reports, and associated authentication sessions from its application database. The app also allows individual case deletion without removing the full account.
03 / WHAT CAN REMAIN
Separate support correspondence may be retained to process and verify a request, prevent misuse, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. The production retention schedule is designed to remove closed support tickets after 180 days and open support tickets after two years, unless a legally justified exception applies. Copied screenshots, third-party shares, caches and content outside our control may not be recoverable.
