RIGHTS & REMOVALS.

LAST UPDATED OCTOBER 16, 2026 · DOCUMENT SERIES 001

01 / OUR RULE

Members must share only words and observations they have the right to publish. The beta accepts text-only public case reports; it does not host member photo or video uploads. Generated illustrations and examples are clearly labeled. Posting someone else's work without permission is not allowed.

02 / COPYRIGHT REMOVAL REQUESTS

ODD//DEPT is operated by Syndicate Hub LLC. If you believe a public report infringes your copyright, email syndicatehubllc@gmail.com or use Department Support and select COPYRIGHT. Please provide: identification of the original work; the exact ODD//DEPT case URL or ID; how it infringes your rights; your full name and a reliable contact address; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized; a statement that your information is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the rights holder, under penalty of perjury where applicable; and your physical or electronic signature.

We will review sufficiently detailed requests, restrict or remove content as appropriate, and may request more information. We may contact the member who submitted the case. This general business contact email is not a representation that Syndicate Hub LLC has completed a registered DMCA designated-agent filing. The operator must separately designate and register a copyright agent with the U.S. Copyright Office if seeking the statutory safe harbor that requires it; an on-site form alone does not complete that requirement.

Formal designation requires information such as the service provider\u0027s legal name and physical street address, applicable alternate business and website names, and the designated agent\u0027s name, mailing address, phone number and email. See the official U.S. Copyright Office DMCA directory for registration requirements. No registered agent designation is being claimed on this page.

03 / COUNTER-NOTICES

If your report was removed due to a copyright claim and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, select COPYRIGHT in the same support form and identify the case, why you contest removal, your contact information, your signature, and the additional statements and jurisdictional consents required by applicable law. A formal counter-notice may require information not suited to a public post. We will review the response and handle further steps under applicable law.

04 / REPEAT INFRINGEMENT

We may limit or terminate accounts that repeatedly post material infringing others' rights, taking account of properly supported reports and context. Do not use the process to make knowingly false complaints.

05 / PRIVACY, THREATS OR ABUSE

For private addresses, identifying details, threats, or other potentially harmful content, flag the case under PRIVACY or DANGEROUS and also use Department Support if a detailed private explanation is needed. These flags can take a case out of public view pending review. A case report is not a channel for emergencies; please contact appropriate local emergency services for imminent danger.

06 / TRANSPARENCY

Notices and counter-notices may involve legal obligations that vary by jurisdiction. This page explains a request channel, not a guarantee that the business meets every legal safe-harbor requirement. The beta's content-removal process and contact procedures should receive professional legal review before major commercialization.
