01 / WHO OPERATES THE SERVICE
ODD//DEPT is operated by Syndicate Hub LLC. The app is intended for adults aged 18 or older, but an age checkbox alone is not independent age verification. The service is for humorous everyday observations, never sexual content or contact with minors. ODD//DEPT is not a government or law-enforcement agency.
02 / STRICTLY PROHIBITED CONTENT AND CONDUCT
We prohibit all child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) material and behavior, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming or sexual solicitation of minors, sexualization of children, trafficking, coercion, exploitation, sharing material that depicts or encourages child abuse, or efforts to direct users toward such material. Attempts to evade review through coded language, links, or account switching are also prohibited.
These activities violate our Community Rules and may result in content being hidden, account restrictions or termination, preservation of legally required records, and escalation to relevant child-protection or law-enforcement authorities where required by law.
03 / REPORTING A CHILD SAFETY CONCERN
On a public case file, select Report This File or Report Agent and choose Child Safety. This places the cited case under review rather than leaving it in public view. You can also use the private Child Safety support channel or contact syndicatehubllc@gmail.com. Provide a case URL or ID and a brief factual explanation. Do not upload, forward, download, or re-share suspected CSAM as evidence.
If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. In the United States, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children operates the CyberTipline for suspected online child sexual exploitation.
04 / REVIEW AND RESPONSE
New members' early public case submissions require manual approval, and members can flag cases, report contributors, or block contributors. Child-safety reports are marked for review; administrators can hide or remove content and examine case context. We do not claim that automatic word filters detect every violation, or that a guaranteed response time or round-the-clock human moderation team exists.
Syndicate Hub LLC will assess credible reports, take appropriate steps to prevent continued exposure, and make legally required reports to authorities including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children where applicable. Requests from law enforcement will be handled under relevant legal obligations.
05 / DESIGNATED SAFETY CONTACT
The operator's published child-safety point of contact is syndicatehubllc@gmail.com. This contact can receive policy inquiries and actionable reports. Google Play can be provided with this contact as the app's safety contact; it does not signify an independent child-protection certification.
06 / PRIVACY AND ACCOUNT DELETION
Our Privacy Notice explains how user records are handled and how to request access or deletion. The public account deletion page also accepts requests without an app login. Safety records may be retained when necessary to meet legal obligations. We update this policy as the service and applicable requirements evolve.
